Exile Cycles Kit Bike-Ready To Assemble

This is an Exile kit bike that has been painted, owder coated and ready for assembly. The attached photos with Russell Mitchell resemble what the finished bike would look like, ith the exception of the exhaust pipes. The frame has been fitted to accommodate a Cycle Shack two-into-one, ace tuned exhaust system (included in photos). Clip-on handlebars are included, ut the hydraulic lines and throttle cables have not been cut to length, o any style handle bars can be implemented. This has been fitted with a hydraulic clutch, ut I can include the original clutch cover if necessary. This does not have a slave master cylinder, o there are levers for both the front brake and hydraulic clutch. The drivetrain includes a 3" BDL primary, Rivera Primo 6-speed transmission, nd a stock 80" Harley Davidson Evo motor, ulled from a '99 Softail. The engine has had some extensive work to increase performance. The heads have been ported for a set of Wiseco 11:1 compression pistons. An Andrews EV-81 camshaft (.610 lift) has been installed along with a Truett and Osborn Torquemonster flywheel. It has a CV carb, etted and tuned for increased flow. And the ignition system is a MSD single fire. The bike color is primarily satin black, ith the exception of the oil bag, hich was powder coated satin silver, nd the fork lowers are scotchbrite with the fender tabs removed. YOU WILL NEED TO USE NEW LOWERS IF YOU WANT TO INSTALL A FRONT FENDER. The engine has been mounted in the frame, o there are slight blemishes on the engine mounts, ut will not be seen once the engine is installed. The swingarm has mounting tabs welded for a set of Laser Star-Micro B tailights. The tire set is a 200 front and a 230 rear, ith Exile's signature spoke wheels with satin black hubs and rims. THE ONLY THING NEEDED TO COMPLETE THIS BIKE IS A WIRING HARNESS AND A SET OF RIVERA PRIMO MID CONTROLS. Please feel free to contact me if you have any further questions.
