1937 Harley 45 Servicar Flathead Barnfind Motorcycle

Found under a porch in Vicksburg, ississippi by American Picker, ike Wolfe, his bike titled as a 1937G Harley Servicar is an extremely rare example of what Harley Davidson referred to as the 37-GD Model (large compartment servi-car 45ci flathead). “Pringle’s” was the name of the local service station and this was their delivery vehicle. Original retail price was $515, hich was almost $100 more than the 1937 Knucklehead. They produced 112 that year. This was the first year for the new 45 CI engine design with recirculation oil pump and styling, ike the model E 61 CI OHV. Ultra rare 1937 1 year only dash with all original OEM.The generator was professionally restored by Dave Cashman with the original 32E brass data tag. The speedo restored by John Bordas and professionally mechanically restored from to back by Cyclemos. Completely rebuilt wheels and hubs with period correct coker diamond tread tires. Fresh engine with 200 break-in miles. Fresh transmission and clutch - all 1 year old. Original transmission components. New handlebar controls and wiring with original switches. The original seat pan was professionally restored by Worsham Castle. Original cycle ray headlights and deco 9 bolt horn. Rear tail light is also original to the machine. Fuel tanks we cleaned and pressure tested with fresh battery in original box with factory patent decal. The bike starts on the first kick and runs and goes as it should!
