Left the factory as a Military Bike, his bikewas completely restored into a New Orleans Highway Patrol Bike.It has a Police Package which is the Red and Blue Passing Lamps and the Siren, he electrical system is the original 6 Volt and all the wiring Harnesses have also been redone. It has a 3 Speed Hand Shifter and it is NOT a Suicide Clutch as you must release the Foot Clutch by pressing down on the Heel, t is a dry clutch. The bike has 18” Wheels front and back, t is equipped with the Original Brass Carburetor. The left hand grip is the Spark Advance used to start the bike. The Serial Number on the Engine WLA21747 which means the bike was manufactured between May 8th 1942 and April 1943 and it is a Type III.
