They do not giveTitle's on a lot of these vehicles .It will have an OriginalJunk Bill of Sale from the Wisconsin DMV . ThisBill of Sale works just fine for exporting . Iftitling in the State, LEASE find out the laws in yourState BEFOREbidding . Some States only require an inspection,but some will not . Please note : This is NOT a Salvaged Bike . ******** This is a VERY clean bike with low miles !!! I did not have a lot of damage when it came in . We did have the front fender painted the original Harley Davidson color ( Black Pearl ) . We also did a new fender skirt . The forks and front wheel were undamaged.The crash bar wasbent and we replaced it . The rest of the bikelooks new ! *******

******** Mechanically there was not damage. The bike runs and drives excellent !! .... The bike does have some extra'slike the exhaust andoil pressure gauge . ************
