Description

Just in time for Daytona Bike Week is this 1976 FLH with only 17,331 miles and mostly original paint...This is a true FLH as the serial # starts with 2A and ends with H6, atching frame, ngine and trans...The Tanks and Front Fender are original paint (with a few scratches on the front fender, but otherwise in excellent condition);when I purchased this bike about 6 months agoit had numerous holes drilled in the rear fender for a low seat/p-pad combination and holes drilled in the rear fender struts for an ugly extended luggage rack. Those parts were discardedand a new set of fender struts was ordered and all the holes were welded shut and the rear fender was repainted. Luckily the original seat post, uddy seat, -bar, nd luggage rack came with the bike and have been put back on where they belong; and as you can see this bike is as nice as you would expect for a 40 year old motorcycle! All the chrome is in excellent condition, he crash bars are intact (not all scraped up like most you see), he original spoke wheels are in nice shape as well, nd the tires are later Harley-Davidson dunlops with plenty of tread left...This motorcycle runs like new and starts up with just 4 squirts of gas; the motor looks as if it has never been apart; I was told by the former owner that it has a new clutch also; I have completely serviced this motorcycle including new spark plugs, ires, etcock and gas filter, as lines, ew hose clamps on all exhaust covers, nd new saddlebag locksand keys; I also have the original ignition key. The only repro parts are the aforementioned rear fender struts, nd the mufflers; the only minus is a broken fin on the left side of the rear cylinder. This bike has a clear Florida title in my name; If you will be down here in Florida for Daytona Bike Week, ou can pick up the bike while you are here. Please contact me with any questions at 352-897-4321; this bike is listed for sale locally, nd I am informing all my friends in the Antique Motorcycle Club as well, o I reserve the right to end this auction at any time..thanks and good luck! RICK
