This is because I bought this bike at a local dealer auction from State Farm Insurance . They do not give titles on a lot of these vehicles . It will have an Original Bill of Sale from Wisconsin DMV ...... This Bill of Sale works just fine for exporting . PLEASE find out the laws your State BEFORE bidding ... Some States will title it with an inspectio, ut some will not . Please find out before you place a bid !! This bike does not come with a TITL, t is not Salvage, Bay does not give a drop down for NO TITLE .... *************

************ The damage to this bike was in the rear fender . Very minor .... We replaced the rear fender with a new one from Harley Davidson and a new lens for the taillight and chrome trim on bottom of fender was also replaced . It also had scratches on the tank ... as if it was tipped over after the crash ............... We had the tank painted Harley Davidson Vivid Black ........... We were able to save the emblems . ****************
