You are bidding on aone-of-a-kind, mmaculate, op notch DIGGER ! 1977 Harley Davidson Ironhead XLH Sportster wasa complete ground up buildin 2013 by Bob McKay at McKay Cycle Creations. Bob McKay has been working on motorcycles and working in the motorcycle business since 1970. He has built and modified hundreds of one of a kind custom motorcycles. Over the last 40 plus years many of Bob McKay have been featured in national and international motorcycle magazines.

McKays CycleCyril Huze -McKays Cycle Digger The Engine is an original completely rebuilt 1977 Ironhead Harley Davidson with amazing hexing on the cylinders and painstaking detailed engraving done by Heather New from Newline Engraving and a Weber carburetor. It also has electric and kick start. Frame is the same style and specs Arlen Ness was doing, sing a forward backbone stretch and dropping the neck for a pure Digger attitude.. Wheels: REAR is an Original 15? aluminum Performance Machine on 5.00x15 Excelsior Competition V tire and the FRONT is a 18? American Racing magnesium wheel Bridgestone 3.00x18 ribbed tire. Paint, y Andy Anderson from Nashville who has been painting since the 60’s. The Orange paint is spectacular and flawless. Topped with variegated gold and silver leaf scribing design work, nd hand painted pin striping. Pictures do not do this masterpiece justice! Many other parts and accessories are period correct pieces have been used on this build such as The Arlen Ness NOS springer, Rocket” gas tank and Fender is also an original Arlen Ness, nbsp;Smith Brothers & Fetrow Spring Struts, OS Drag Specialties “Knight Light” taillight, aughco NOS custom pipes, amsters points cover, ustom oil tank with side battery compartment just how Arlen Ness used to do, eat by Danny Gray using old style stitching and buttons, nd much more.
