· Engine. The engine is all S&S except the lower cases. I used the stock cases to maintain the 1975 VIN and I have the Texas title to match that VIN.

· S&S 93” Big Bore Sidewinder 3 5/8 Big Bore Cylinders (powder coated), nd pistons., &S pinion shafts and flywheels, &S 514 cam (550 lift, olid lifters), &S Hi Flow oil pump, &S “Super Stock heads, &S Super “E” carb.

· I have the paperwork for a 6 run dyno pull. Max power = 77.68, Max torque = 91.30. This set up was from out of the box stock settings. You could run triple digits in both categories if you change cams and do some tricks with the carb. I chose to leave it with these numbers because this set up is bullet proof for reliability, ependability, nd with the low bike weight 580 lbs, he horsepower/weight ratio is very strong.

· The 1.25 dia. drag pipes and heat shields were custom fabricated by Paughco. After three tries we got it right.

· Clutch: Barnett Scorpion

· Transmission is an early 1980’s model rotary top (Maytag) 4 speed. Kick AND electric start.

No fluid leaks. I have owned many shovelheads and they have a reputation to mark their territory, ut if you use quality gaskets they won't leak

This bike was a three winter project. I built it to ride and enjoy, ut with reliability and dependability considerations. I did not build it with any intent to “show it”, ut I got so many compliments on it I decided to see how it would compete with bikes built to show. Result was 6 shows/6 trophies, 4 first place and #2 second place. I mention this only to convey that this bike was built with quality parts and for appearance it competes very well with show bikes.

Note: A new speedometer was installed when the engine was built At 2581 miles it quit, o I installed another new speedometer and it has 869 miles showing, o total miles on the engine is 3450.

Note: My state titles motorcycles by the frame and this bike was built with a 1993 Paughco frame. The donor bike was a 1975 FLH and I have a copy of the 1975 title. The lower engine cases from the 1975 were used and the 1975 VIN is on these cases.
