HARLEY DAVIDSON 1959FLH DUOGLIDE PANHEAD - NO RESERVE. I'm selling this 1959FLH for my old friend and partner, d. This is one nice 1959 Panhead. This was a complete motorcycle when Ed bought it in 1973 (not a pieced together bike). It was repainted in 1986 in the correct Hi-Fi Blue with a Birch White panel on the tank. The paint is showing it's age (see pictures). The chrome does have some surface rust and some parts may need rechroming.The Belly numbers are 158-8086 and they do match. It has the correct M74-B Linkert Carburetor. The motor was rebuilt in the 80's with standard bore NOS Harley Davidson Cylinders. Check out the unusual Handle Bar Grips with a place to store/stash your stuff...?? It has the correct original Harley Davidson Frame for 1959. The bike runs and shifts great. The rims are aftermarket and the spokes are stainless steel. All of the other parts i.e. Bags, ipes, eadlight, tc. look to be correct and Harley Davidson. Check out the rare, ard to find, eaked windshield. It does have solid lifters and a 1962 & up Kick Stand. It comes with a Clear North Carolina Title in Ed's name.
