1959 Harley, in # 59FLHXXXX. Clean Title, ransferable NYS Registration. Bike has less than 900 miles since the build was completed.

I finished this build in 2014 after 2 years of hard work. Motor came from a barn find chopper and was originally rebuilt 25+ years ago with 1966 shovel tops. Motor was totally taken down, leaned, tripped and fully rebuilt to stock 74” with a new S&S carb and a replica V-Twin oil pump. Hard oil lines were custom bent and flow from a round oil bag with built in filter. We even painted the inside of the cases with Glyptal to seal them. Cases are original, lean with no cracks and matching belly numbers. What was good was kept, hat needed replacement was changed. I didn’t spare any expense rebuilding this, t was done the right way. Motor fires easily after a couple of priming kicks. Ignition is points and we used a new Cycle Electric 12v generator with built in regulator that charges an Antigravity 8-cell Lithium battery. Even used heavy duty Yankee Engineuity motor mount and coil bracket.

Behind the motor is a RevTech 2.44 to 1- 4 speed kick only tranny, onnected with a 3” BDL open drive. Frame is a Paughco Rigid Wishbone 35, keeping the bike tight and low with a stock length Ultima wide glide front. Bike is light and handles like a sporty, eal nimble. 40 Spoke front 21”, 0 spoke rear 18” wrapped in Avon rubber MH 90 Front, 50/17 rear. Front & rear brakes are Performance Machine with EBC floating rotors. Forward controls are Jay Brake Classics. Handle bars are Wild One Chubby 14” Outlaw Apes 1 ?” thick with Joker machine J Teck levers, ssembly, nd mirrors. Grips are Avon with rubber that help keep vibration out.

Originally setup with a regular hand clutch/foot shift, ut then I changed it over to a custom designed foot clutch and jockey shift. Look at the pictures of the foot clutch setup, t is cable driven and I had a spacer/bracket machined to hold back the cable. This was my design and I have never seen another one like it before. Bike can easily be switched back to hand clutch/foot shift in about 30-40 minutes.

Single flat rear fender with old school tail lamp. Paint is a deep red and flips from light to dark depending on how the sun hits it. Seat is sprung and was hand tooled.

Overall this is a beautiful bike built the right way that not only looks great but rides great. Dead center balance, oesn’t pull to one side like many custom builds. It took best custom in a local show to first and only time I showed it. I have build pictures starting from the bare frame all the wat to the end. Message me with any questions.
