Description

Ok so ebay kicked me off for listing my video f the bike running and for listing my website and my phone number for extra questions. So here we go again. If you want to see it running go to (holyroller4u) in U toob and it should be the 5th video down
Pictures were taken before the new magneto and wires were put on. 3rd picture was taken today with new magneto. $1000+ worth of magneto
For sale is a 1949 EL panhead....Not too many of these around that I have seen anyway...newer build kick only no battery and has been fired up for the first time on this date june 20th 2016as I post this since I just rolled it outside for the first time yet againafter finishing build. I had it advertised a few weeks ago but the magneto went to s*^t on me. So after much deliberation and frustration and waiting, t got a new Morris Magneto and plugs and wires. The video is the 5th time I kicked it over since I had to dune the carb and such. I took it for its first maiden ride and it is a blast. It needs a few more fine tunes but runs well as you can hear. Lots of compression and only has 3000 miles from the previous owner before the transformation of the build I did.
Still have the kickstand to put on which will be done in next few days.
Ok heres the story. I purchased this bike from a dealer this last jan/16. Ugly as sin. I spoke to the owner and he said it had 3000 miles on fresh build. I started it up upon receiving it and it ran awesome. I totally changed the whole look by a landslide. I build custom bikes. My last one was the center part of mar/apr raw bike mag the steampunk chopper.
I build bikes and do everything myself except engines and trannys.

the generator was weak so I just had it rebuilt and will be installed in about 2 days. So it will ALSO have a new rebuilt ( the one I took off of it) generator. I don't like selling things if I know they are not working. I myself wouldn't want to feel like I got a has been so in last 2 weeks I have dumped an additional $1500 into it. So like I said in above descriptio, his baby ain't goin cheap. It also is now starting cold in one kick most every time.

and it also got a brand new brake light switch today too. I almost forgot to say that as well. I built a better bracket and it works smooth

Ok rebuilt generator is in. New pictures of inside generator mounting hole you can see how good the gears look. (show me people who do that) and pictures of the matching cases #249 (on both) and #10133 (on both) and of the generator
