Intake:
1. Fuel tank flushed & new fuel with Stabil added
2. Brand new fuel line & fuel petcock installed
3. Carburetors removed & completely cleaned in ultrasonic carburetor cleaner, hen adjusted to optimum specifications
4. Brand new oil pump cable adjuster installed
5. Throttle cable & oil pump cable free play adjusted
6. Oil injection system drained & flushed. New 2T injection oil added & the injection system was bleed to insure continuous lubrication.
7. Brand new OEM air box installed (ONE JUST SOLD FOR $734.99 ON EBAY)
8. Brand new filter foam oiled & installed into brand new air box.
Engine:
1. The previous owner had completed a complete storage fogging cycle, illing the engine & Exhaust with preservation oil to preserve it!
2. Engine was removed to drain all preservative & transmission oil was drained out of engine & exhaust
3. Engine reinserted into frame
4. New 80w transmission oil inserted
5. Cylinder compression test performed: Yielded a perfect 140psi as expected!
6. Brand new NGK spark plug installed
7. Point gap & timing adjusted to optimal levels
8. Engine started, dle speed & air fuel mixture screw adjusted
Electrical:
1. Brand new UB7L-B battery installed ($49.99)
2. All four turn signals replaced with brand new N.O.S Harley Davidson OEM signals (Hard to find and priceless!)
