The bike is 95 percent stock with just five significant upgrades

Carb is an "E" model S&S shorty. Throttle upgraded from single (dead-man) cable to double cable so it now has return spring.

Tank is still Sportster but the larger "King Tank". Holds 3 gallons...... you'll appreciate that on road trips.

Turn signals were VERY discretely added. 1972 was last year did not come with. For safety you'll be glad to have them.

Headlight now is Halogen but did not alter the housing in any way. You'll appreciate that when night riding.

Most significant upgrade was Electronic ignition and replaced voltage regulator with module... in exact place regulator was.

These minor upgrades have not altered the stock appearance or functionality of this old-timer

Complete Lower & Upper end rebuilt as well as electrics. Essentially a brand new motor. Rings .20 over with room to rebuild again & again. The cases we welded up 2 of 3 drain plugs. Only one oil recommended for Trans, rimary and Motor there so no need for 3 plugs, otential leak spots.
