There is a lien on the title through my bank, enrico Federal Credit Union. As soon as I receive full payment then next business day the bank is open I will go pay off the bike and ask for an emeragancy release of the title, sually takes about two days. Then I will sign it over to whom ever buys it. If the transaction takes place before the title clears I will give you a bill of sale notarized to cover the sale until I can get you the title.
