1996 HARLEY DYNA FXDS LOWRIDER HARDCORE "STREET BOB" BOBBER - CHOPPER

I bought this bike in May (2014). nbsp;as an original 1996 Harley FXDS Lowrider Convertible with 16. 00 original miles. it was all original. untouched as it left the showroom 18 years ago.   It has a very strong running. low miles 1340cc/80 cubic inch Evo with a 5 speed trans with tons of life left.   I completely stripped the bike down only leaving the frame. engine and trans in tact. The wiring was minimized to remove and hide all the switches from the handlebars. the turn signals and gauges were removed. Wiring was done clean and professionally - no hack job. Front end was removed and the lower fork legs were shaved. triple trees smoothed and painted satin black. Tank and rear fender were stripped and painted Five Star base coat/clear coat satin flat black.  New wheels include a 16" X 3" - 40 spoke black powder coat rear wheel with stainless spokes and a custom 21" X 2. 15" - 40 spoke black powder coat front spool wheel with stainless spokes and new Avon Road Rider tires on front and rear. Rear was lowered 2-3/4" with Progressive black shocks and the front forks were lowered 2-3/4" internally with Arlen Ness damper kit. Front suspension is completely rebuilt with all new seals. Brand new Mikuni HSR 42mm carb with Arlen Ness black powder coat "Big Sucker" air cleaner kit. New Motion Pro cables and Biltwell throttle assembly on Biltwell narrow mini apes. New Wilwood satin 11-1/2" rear disc brake rotor. Rear master cylinder and rear brake caliper fully rebuilt. Kuryakyn black laydown license plate holder and Drag Specialties laydown tail light assembly. Complete tune-up with NGK spark plugs. Moroso spark plug wires. new K&N engine oil filter with Mobil 1 synthetic 20W50 V-Twin oil in engine. primary and trans. This is a very nice overhaul and my rendition of the "Street Bob" Harley should've built. I did a lot to this bike with over $4000 in receipts for new parts not including my labor and the original price of the bike. This is a killer piece and a one of a kind. it's fresh and ready to go!
