1989 Harley Davidson Sportster

The Harley Davidson Sportster is one of the longest running and most popular series in motorcycle history and for good reason.   These fantastic machines are so versatile that they can be used as cruisers. or are excellent for conversions into specials/bobbers/flat-trackers/caf?© racers and they can also be thrown around as an excellent street bike.   No matter which route you take with a sportster you are bound to have fun.

This 1989 example is in time warp condition.   The current owner purchased it in 1993.   It was used for 7 years before work and personal reasons caused him to emigrated to Japan in 2000 since when time the bike has been kept in a dark. vacuumed storage container that has preserved it exceptionally well.   The engine. wheels. paint. exhausts and bright work are all completely blemish free and look like new ?ˆ“ quite unbelievable!

It currently wears the high back seat but the original two part seat comes with the bike and it has covered just 16700 miles from new.   It will be sold freshly serviced and with a new MOT.

You will not find another classic sportster of this age in this condition.
