Motorcycle is sold "As-Is" with no warranty - standard practice with vehicle sales.   Buyer may refuse to accept the motorcycle at the time of  pickup with just mechanical cause  - a $200 fee will be deducted from the deposit and only $300 refunded if buyer changes mind or does not accept the cosmetic condition. which has been clearly described and shown.
