All items shipped with signature confirmation. Store hours are Tuesday-Friday. 10:00am-7:00pm EST. Alaska and Hawaii will have a small surcharge as they are not part of the domestic 48 states.   All sales final.

SHIPPING:

Quoted domestic (lower 48 states) shipping info is for USPS. UPS or Fed-Ex Economy/Ground service. Shippers operate Mon-Fri. Most orders leave our warehouse within (1-3) business days. If you provide a delivery address that Shipper cannot service (e. g. PO Box or Rural Route) the order will be shipped via USPS. If you have specific shipping requirements please let us know. Delivery time is typically one week or less for domestic shipments. Alaska. Hawaii. US Protectorates. commonwealths and territories may incur additional shipping charges and cost slightly more if the item is large or heavy (i. e. boots. tires. etc. ). We ship from multiple warehouses so tracking numbers may be issued up to 24 hours AFTER an item has already shipped. Free Shipping applies to lower 48 states only

DOMESTIC WARRANTY/RETURNS:

If you receive a wrong or defective item. please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt of item and we will email you a prepaid return label and exchange the item right away. After this 7 day inspection period. the manufacturer?ˆ™s warranty will apply. We cannot offer any warranty on items shipped outside of the US. however. we carefully inspect international items prior to shipment.

If you receive clothing that does not fit. returns on NEW UNWORN items are accepted. Contact us BEFORE RETURNING AN ITEM. PARCELS WITHOUT RETURN AUTHORIZATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs back to us (and reshipping fees for the return shipment on exchanges). We guarantee the quality of our products but cannot guarantee fit- all brands/styles can vary.

Due to liability issues and state laws. we cannot accept returns on Helmets.
