1956 Harley-Davidson Panhead FLH king of the highway, knuckle glide dresser

Up for auction is my 56 flh. it is a very reliable and strong running bike.

This bike has many factory options. that can be seen in the pictures provided. plus many period correct accessories from Harley and other manufactures from the day. I have re wired the bike and converted it to 12 volt. best thing I could have done). I have replaced the hard bags with early aftermarket white leather bags (have yet to see another pair like them). This is an early production bike. so there are 55 parts on this bike. such as the j slot air cleaner. transmission case. 55 cast heads. and the frame is date coded July 55. The kicker cover and arm are knuckle-early pan. but they are OEM. So please don't send me your palmer book quotes. nbsp;these bikes were mass produced. and this stuff happened. this bike has been repainted. (long before me). it was originally flamboyant green. Other than that . this is the correct mileage. and still has original intake clamps and CP-1038 exhaust bolts.

This is a great. ready to ride machine. the only reason I'm selling it is because I have not hit the lottery yet. and have two other projects I would like to get done. in other words don't call me with silly offers and muscle car trades. my reserve is about half of what asking price of the "OP" and non running knuckleheads are.
