If you're looking for a truly nice Harley-Davidson Touring Bike. we hope you'll take a good look at this one. It is special.

This Road Glide has a Custom paint scheme from the Harley Davidson factory with red flames on black.   The inner fairing has also been factoy painted. Only 100 bikes were done this way. and this is number 7.

Upgrades include a Screamin' Eagle Stage 1 download. Rinehart oval exhaust (chrome with black tips). and  a Harley-Davidson Touring Seat with quick-release sissy bar. The headlight insert has been updated to the 2012 version.

This 2006 Road Glide is in outstanding condition and it rides like a brand new bike. It has been garage kept. and there is NO rust or pitting with the exception of two small areas where the touring pegs attach (on the clamps of the pegs. not the frame).

This Harley-Davidson has just been serviced and has a brand new battery.

This special edition in numbered from the factory - #7 of 100

 The bike is nearly perfect. The only 2 issues we can find are minor: The radio display has faded. which is common for these bikes. The audio system itself works perfectly and sounds great.

And. as mentioned earlier. there is some pitting on the clamps where there touring pegs attach (see picture below). There is no other rust or pitting anywhere on the bike.

 This bike has just been serviced. The battery is brand new. the tires are good. One key comes with the bike.

Vehicles with remaining warranty must be handled between purchaser and new car dealer. We occasionally buy our cars from new car dealers. and in rare cases the dealer has to make a payoff to a finance company and wait for the title. which could be delayed up to 15 days.

As we are located In Florida. we are required to title a vehicle "Exempt" in miles if the car is 10 years or older. The miles listed is the actual reading from the cars odometer.  

Payment/Fees

We will add a $399 dealer prep charge to the final bid price.  If a vehicle is not picked up within 10 days of the auction close. we reserve the right to charge a reasonable storage fee.

You may pay the purchase price with cash in person. with a cashiers or certified check or bank-to-bank wire transfer. These forms are acceptable for the deposit as well. and we will accept Paypal for the deposit only.   If you are the winner. a $500 non-refundable deposit within 48 hours of the end of the auction is sufficient to hold the vehicle until the remainder can be sent or car is picked up. If these forms of payment are not acceptable. please do not bid. Final payment is expected within five (5) days thereafter.

If you are seeking financing. please be sure to hold off on your bid until your funding has been approved. I DO NOT ACCEPT BANK DRAFTS OF ANY KIND. You are responsible for your own finance arrangements so please take care of them before bidding.

We recommend that you do not send payment via regular mail or priority mail. We have experienced lost checks several times. We recommend that if you are sending payment. that you use registered. return receipt mail or FedEx. This is for you protection. as well as ours.

 

Important tax info:

If you are a Florida resident. you will be required to pay Florida's 6% sales tax and registration fees.

If you are not a Florida resident. and you are are driving the vehicle away from our lot. you will be required to pay your state's sales tax up to 6%. If your state's sales tax is more than 6%. you will be required to pay the difference in your home state. If your state has no sales tax on motor vehicles. we will not charge you any sales tax. If you have the vehicle shipped. we will not charge you any sales tax (however. you will have to pay your state's tax at home).

Legal Disclaimer:  The parties agree to the following with regard to dispute resolution: Any disputes between the parties must first be addressed by mediation. The mediation must occur in Broward County. Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation. then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute. then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County. Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation. civil litigation and appeals. The parties recognize that the State of Florida has laws which provide for the shifting of the burden of attorney fees. In the interest of reducing the risk and complexity of litigation caused by those laws. the parties agree to waive any rights they may have to attorney fees under those laws.
