Harley Davidson Roadster 1980 XLS Ironhead

A classic 1980 XLS Ironhead. first year produced. Harley Davidson Roadster - rare model with 26. 90 miles (see picture of original Harley Davidson Roadster ad).     The bike has been totally restored.   The engine was rebuilt and bored to 1100 cc (~3. 00 miles on the rebuilt engine).   The black and charcoal gray color was chosen  by Harley Davidson for this first year produced Roadster model  because that was the same color as their first produced 1903 Harley Davidson that was offered for sale to the public (see picture of 1903 model for original color).   Many extras include an S&S racing carburetor. easy on/off windshield. crash bars and more.  I like working on and restoring old bikes and vehicles. I have really enjoyed working on this toy (riding it as well) ?ˆ“ it is a fun bike.   I have a little over $7. 00. 00 invested.   The only reason I am parting with it is because of my age.
