2008 Harley Davidson FLHTCU Damaged Repairable Salvage Rebuildable Project Bike

This was purchased from an insurance auction and has a salvage title. I have been dealing in repairables for 20+ years and know the business inside and out.  I shop every major insurance auction from coast to coast. If you are looking for a  particular model let me know. I will be listing a lot of bikes.    This is for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the auction if the reserve isn't met. I sell at least 100 bikes a year in my shop and they are sold just as I buy them. I only get  them running and wash them up so we both know what we are dealing with. I only list a  small percentage on ebay. but it helps to advertise my business and most bikes sell that I list.   Foreign bidders are welcome. but I can only transport your vehicle within the United States.   I have good rates from my shippers. If you need a quote let me know.   The bike fires up and sounds good.   Very clean bike with some very nice add ons.  The damage is fairly isolated. but the frame is pushed in on the left side behind the primary.  The belt rubs on the back of the electrical caddy because the tubes are pushed in.  I think the rear wheel is not in correct alignment.  Ideally the frame would need to be straightened or replaced.  I generally don't buy bikes with frame damage but it's very hard to tell when you are bidding based on poor pictures so I get a few surprises.  This is a very sharp bike and if I don't get my money back out of it here. I will in the spring by taking it back to the auction. They will not disclose the frame damages at a salvage auction.  This is the sharpest bagger in my shop right now. I don't think there is any drive train damage and I can't see any leaks. Please look at all the pictures both here and on my web site.  I can not stress this enough.  24 pics is not enough to properly list a damaged bike. I have over 60 Harleys right now and will keep listing them to try to make room for all the bikes coming in.   I provide a good selection of pictures and my cell phone number for any questions. When you  are shopping for a repairable Harley ask yourself how many sellers answer their phone and  emails after business hours.    If you are looking to do any custom work at all a damaged bike is a great place to start. A lot  of times you can be into a bike with a custom color and the exact accessories you want. nbsp; custom built to your specs. for less than you would buy a plain bike off the street.     I try hard to show all damages in the pictures.
