VINTAGE HARLEY DAVIDSON CHOPPER IRONHEAD ENGINE

This hardtail was hand built in America in 2004 based on a 1982 bike and was  recently imported by its American owner .  It is fitted with a Iron head motor that starts on the button and runs perfectly . . nbsp;Next MOT due 29/12/2014. Last serviced on 21/02/2014 ( I will put a new MoT on it FoC ) Many custom features and engine upgrades including carb pipes and air filter I'm told these engines are pretty rare and one that is easy to start even harder to find .  The engine was rebuilt to a high spec including double cut valves. The carb is a "shorty" with a S and S filter housing and filter. The clutch cover is a known harley upgrade. The frame conversion was done in America 10 years ago and was made by Tedds Cycle Inc and starts with PA1R. Much of the other items are custom apart from the wheels. Its in nice condition but this bike is not for the feint hearted and is one of the best sounding bikes I have ever ridden. . . nbsp;Below is the spec sheet given to us by the builder/previous owner Paughco rigid frame (powdercoated). Paughco oil tank. GMA rear brake caliper. GMA levers. GMA front master cylinder. Dyna Hi 4 Single fire fully programmable ignition (race spec). PB+ cams . High output single fire coil. Pingel petcock. S&S Super E shorty carb. heads relieved at exhaust ports to accept O-rings in place of the stock (and problematic) bands.
