Harley FLHT Bagger Electra Glide Custom - 26in Wheel - Air Ride

This custom bagger started out as an Electra-Glide Standard. which was then stripped down and converted to what you see here. The engine was a TC88 with 5speed. which has been beefed up some. has a tuned factory carb and running through true duals and Vance Hines mufflers.

Some of the items are Electric Linear Actuator saddlebag lids with remote on 4inch extended fiberglass bags. Fiberglass rear fender overlay with Skull license plate frame where the eyes light up blue and the amber tear drop turn signal. The wing lights on the saddle bag lids along with brake lights are on flasher setup to strobe and get the attention of who is behind you.

The seat is a Corbin with snake skin wrap and has a matching backrest. floorboards are Pro One with Aero-Mach tribal cruise arms and diamond tread pedals by Figure Engineering whom also made the custom ribbed air cleaner. and to match on the opposite side is the air horn by mini beast.

The bike rides on a custom air ride front and rear with two onboard compressors. one for the front forks and one for the rear shocks. Both are monitor by a Dakota digital gauge and transducer sensors setup that is selectable to either one. Also there is a separate switch for airing up the front or rear depending and nice chrome buttons built in to the dash so you can just air down for showing off when you stop.

The front wheel is a custom 26inch SMC Jackpot Elite 3D Contrast cut running a VEE Rubber tire with tube. The single left side brake using a 6 piston variable caliper on a 11 rotor. The front lower legs were turned down smooth on the right side.

The custom batwing fairing has LED lights in the scoop that are setup on the turn signals along with the Diamond LED turn signals on the lower cowl. The frame was cut and raked to get the angles needed with the rake & trail on a +7 and running a set of HHI +9trees so there is no issue with high speed wobble like some have had.

The handlebars are 15inch Fred Kodlin Bonanza bars. internal wired with hydraulic Clutch and Brake controls and KuryAkyn Air grips w/ throttle boss.

The inner fairing has all Dakota Digital gauges and Sony stereo with USB drive in front. that are playing thru JM ROKKER 7. 25 speaker with midrange and tweeter grills.

There are many other features from the custom derby cover and custom paint to the shifter and brake foot controls. The bike rides out nice and handles extremely well. The original bike had 70k miles when bought from Barnetts in Elpaso and was told that about 20k on rebuild. The cam bearings and tension shoes were done and had hardly any wear when checked during build. The bike has about 4000mi since completions a couple years ago. I mostly just ride it local a few hundred miles or so. I would ride this bike anywhere and any distance. This is the last custom bikes I have after pairing down from 11 scooters 2years ago when moving.
