1999 Harley-Davidson 883 Sportster Black Bobber

For sale is my 1999 Harley-Davidson 883 Sportster and I'm including an authentic Harley cover as well. I'm selling it because I'm building a house and need the money. I have $10. 00 in this bike and am asking $5. 00 or best offer. Here is a brief history of the bike. I bought it stock for $3. 00 with 9. 00 original miles. From there I paid world renowned motorcycle builders B&B Racing $3. 00 to rebuild both rockers. rebuild the front forks. put on Joker Machine foot pegs. Joker Machine shifter knob. Joker Machine Air cleaner with rain cover. Old Gold Garage seat. custom sissy bar made in Houston. Lick's Cycle's Fender. Lick's Cycle's drag bars. Lick's Cycle's bobber light. Aftermarket tank. Low Brow Headlight. Lick's Cycle's short shocks. Lick's Cycle's short front springs. new grips. new petcock. new gas tube. and modify the kickstand to account for the short shocks and springs. The tank and fender were powdercoated in Metairie. I'm sure I'm forgetting things. It has 12. 00 miles on it now. mostly highway since I've had it. I took it to Key West last year and it ran great. It's getting about 55 mpg currently. It's basically a brand new engine though. The 1986-2003 Sportsters are also very sought after because of the frame style. This bike is super fun and is perfect for someone who's never ridden a motorcycle before or who just wants a Sportster or a dependable Harley. This Sportster has the Evo engine which is generally considered to be the engine that saved Harley. It's like the Honda Civic of Harley's from a dependability standpoint. Also comes with an extra set of keys. Come check it out and take it for a spin. I'm about to get the oil changed and have it looked over once more before it goes to a new home. Also getting it cleaned head to toe as well.
