The balance of payment is made by bank transfer and the bike is despatched upon cleared funds on a palletised service to your door. We build the bike crates/pallets ourselves and carefully strap the bike down and wrap them prior to despatch. the bike is insured for damage during transport. The bike comes to you on a tail-lift equipped lorry and the palletised bike is off loaded onto the road/driveway at your house/premises. by the driver using a pallet truck. Its best for you to have 2 people for unstrapping the bike and wheeling it of its pallet base after its been delivered. Its a Simple process and we are well used to it over the last 4 years.
