The bike can be registered in all states. Please check with your local DMV. The bike has many extras and is a very easy fix. Would make a great custom bagger project. Some of the damages are as followed the front fender is bent. front faring is scratched. dash is scratched and has a crack. gas tank is dented. needs saddle bags. rear fender and a few more things.
