1953 Harley Davidson Panhead Basket case

This 1953 Panhead motor is torn down with matching case numbers.   There was a small crack on the upper right case between the cylinders and on the rear exhaust port sleeve which have been repaired professionally.   This bike ran good up until the time it was torn down.   The 1953 H. D. California title with ID# 53FL16XX goes with the bike to the highest bidder.   I am pretty sure this is the original 53 wishbone frame.   I can't see the numbers under the molded frame. that was done way back when.   The frame has a few minor modified items added & taken away from it.   The transmission is original and in good working order.   Take a good look at the pictures so you know all the parts you are getting with it.   Some of the parts pictured are;  HD 3 1/2 gal tanks. nbsp; after market wide glide front end. nbsp; rear fender with led tombstone taillight. nbsp; Ness front fender. nbsp; new oil pump(and original oil pump). nbsp; Mousetrap. nbsp; primary belt drive with clutch hub. nbsp; clutchs & front pulley. nbsp; 12 volt generator with electronic regulator. nbsp; oil tank & battery plate. nbsp; trans plate. nbsp; skid plate. nbsp; new after market gear cover (correct to time period). nbsp; rear sprocket. nbsp; floor boards. nbsp; coil set up & cover. nbsp; oil filter. nbsp; disc brakes calipers. nbsp; up sweep fishtail exhaust. nbsp; 16" rear wheel. nbsp; 18" front wheel. nbsp; inner & outer primary cover. nbsp; trans jockey shifter. nbsp; headlight. nbsp; clutch & front disc brake levers. nbsp; dash plate. nbsp; and a few other misc. parts.   Do Not bid on this item if you don't have $ and are not prepared to have it picked up in California.   If you have any further questions call Jeff 760 774 6370.
