1974 Harley Davidson Sportster

NO RESERVE !!!  1974 Harley Davidson Sportster. XLH model. so it has electric start !   Everything it has works. turn signals. HI-lo. and LOUD horn. but has no hi beam. charge. or turn signal idiot lights.  Starts right up and runs great though !!!   Has modern hi performance keihin Carb. "King" sportster gas tank (classic sportster tank look. but with more fuel capacity)  modern solid state "cycleelectric" generator with built in regulator (NO charging problems with this one) all new wiring. excellent tires. and better aftermarket front caliper.  Sounds FANTASTIC . with that classic old school Harley sound.  Also has 2005 Sportster seat installed.  "Looks" mostly stock. but has a much better carb and modern charging system.  Has later model speedometer that the previous owner installed. now showing 7513 miles. Installed when original broke at 9554 miles . so bike has approx 17k miles.  If you wanted it even closer looking to stock. you could install repo speedo and tach. readily available on ebay.  In fact. a new speedo and tach was my next upgrade. but since I'm selling it. I'm leaving it up to the next owner. Bike does leak a litlle oil. not bad . but Hey. its a 40 year old Harley !!! Clear Ohio title in my name. Bike is in Yulee. lorida where I now live. I would prefer to keep it. but I just bought a BMW R1100RT; and have too many other bikes too . so this one has to go.  Sold here at no reserve !!!  Shipping and pickup is buyer responsibllity to arrange . but I'll be here to help your shipper.  I've sold several bikes on ebay over the years. and shipping is NOT hard.
