2001 Harley-Davidson Road King - FLHR - Low 19K Miles - Tons of Chrome - Stage 1Video of bike is featured on Reckless Motorcycles website in the Gallery at the bottomI am reluctantly selling my Harley after owning it for 5 years. I recently lost my job in November so we're forced to sell of the toys and non-essentials. I absolutely love this bike and I know that the next owner will love it as well. The bike is mean and raw. but also setup to be VERY comfortable due to picking the right seat. heated grips. and some other key adjustments. It's like sitting on a Softail but you get the Touring ride. This isn't your basic Road King with some skulls - this is a beast that jumps up and punches the guy next to you at the stop light in the face. Everyone wants to list every little piece on their Harley - if you actually look closely what I list you'll see that I took the time. energy. and money to set this thing up right. Trust me. if you try to swap out and change these out from scratch you'll be spending a LOT more than what this bike costs. ** I will consider money + $4500ish and trade on an old Harley so I'm not completely without a bike. Wild 1 14" Apes w/ Chrome switches and Chromite cables. Perfect shoulder height. no numbness when riding. no sore backVance & Hines True Duels w/ Wild Pig Pipes. Modified baffles. although I repacked them to be deeper. Loud with a mean rasp and bark. Doesn't sound like anything else. C&C Fastback Seat w/ rider backrest. Backrest has flame stitching. Seat new is over $500. Puts you 2" back and 2" lower. like a Softail. Detachable Passenger BackrestAVON heated grips - wired internally - 4 levels of heatPower Command IIForcewinder Heavy Breather - chrome skull. Added the adapter kit to replace the stock MM so you can use any air cleaner setup. (cost me roughly $500 to convert)New Clear HD Headlight + Passing Lamps. Replaced those ugly. useless stock lamps. New is clean and functional. Saddlebag guard deletes - removed those ugly. useless saddlebag guards so it looks like a Street Glide2" Tank Lift - now you can see the full engine and it runs cooler. Absolutely awesome upgrade. 2" Lower Rear - improved seating. looks. and no effect on handling or riding with a passenger360 degree Chrome and Rubber Highway Pegs - positioned so you rest your heal on the footboard and toes on the pegs. Pure comfort. Zombie Footboards. shifter pegs. and brake pedal pad. 1" footboard extension - moves footboards out 1 inch so your knee doesn't rub the air cleaner and is out of the way of the shifter. No more hugging the bike. Extended Brake Pedal - adds a few inches to the pedal for more room. Stock is halfway up the footboard. Extended Front Shifter Lever - much easier access to the shifter. don't need the useless heel shifter (it's still there though)Custom Home-made chrome (plastic) skull tail light cover. One-of-a kind. Sick. It's screwed into the stock light so you can remove it and replace the light cheap if you want. Soft lower fairings (vinyl and removable)New rear tire and brakesGaskets changed on rear cylinder and rockers. clutch work. and tensioner done at 18K milesRear turn signal modulator - makes the turn signals come on when you hit the brakesNew battery - 500CA. Kept on a tender. Stock is 300CA. You want to power to crank. Chrome passenger footboard covers. voltage regulator. oil cover. tranny cover. inner primary cover. selenoid cover. starter cover. Not much isn't chromed!3D chrome skull primary cover and 3D chrome timing coverChrome skeleton hand mirrorsLayback license plate coverChrome inspection plateChrome frenched visors for headlight and passing lampsPre-wired for detachable fairing. I recently sold the fairing. I'll include box of stock take-offs (some turn signal covers. lights. other small odds and ends)+4 detachable Windshield with leather bag (not pictured). Normal wear but does have some marks where the cables rubbed after installing the apes. OEM seat + passenger seat. Now the fine print:Bike is being sold As-Is. No Warranty. No Refund. I strongly recommend seeing it in person if possible. I'll Skype if you want to show you. I have videos on YouTube of it you can see. It's not a "show queen". I don't know why you would want a wimpy show queen Harley anyway. but hey. to each their own I guess. Buyer is responsible for delivery. pick-up. and related fees. or expenses involved with the purchases. transfer. or otherwise. Buyer is responsible to make arrangements with shipper (if necessary) for the extra items includes. such as the seat and boxes of take-offs. This is a CLEAR title I have in hand. I believe Florida requires a transfer paper to be filled out that I turn into the DMV for registration purposes. You'll need to work with me on all this. I've never sold a vehicle in Florida or on eBay. The title gets signed over and delivery of the bike is made AFTER your certified bank check CLEARS. I have cash in hand. or your Paypal money clears my bank. $500 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT REQUIRED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF END OF AUCTION. OTHERWISE I RELIST IT. Fees are high to sell so I have to cover myself.
