Up for auction is a Stock/Custom all around great looking and riding Harley Davidson Panhead with a 80cc S&s Motor. The bike has the old school styling with upgraded component's for a reliable yet nostalgic ride! Lets break it down:

The bike started life as a 1949 Panhead. After many years of service and rebuilds it was decided that it would be stripped to the frame and redone for a reliable but classic motorcycle. The frame was blasted  and gloss black powder coated for a clean finish. Then the oil tank. 5 gallon gas tanks. front and rear fenders where painted in a bright orange finish with new hardware throughout. The 41 MM wide glide was serviced with new seals. bushings and fluids and installed with new neck bearings. The front wheel has new Dunlop rubber. 1 inch wheel laced  to a star hub with serviced wheel bearings and seals.  Topped off with a set of apes and chrome risers. The 5 3/4 " headlight finishes off the frontend.

The rear section and driveline consist of a stock mechanical brake set up with New Dunlop 16" tire laced to a star hub. The rear wheel is driven by a o-ring chain hooked to a BDL belt drive housed in custom Black inner and outer primary covers The fender sports a tombstone taillight and the classic flat fender sits with a great sissy bar to hold her on!

The transmission is a Harley Davidson 4speed with complete rebuild and ratchet top suicide shifter!

Now for the motor. The old Panhead motor was just to tired to rebuild so a S&S 80 super stock cases and flywheel assembly. Timken bearing Sifton oil pump and breather assembly. nbsp; FLH cam with a match pinion and cam gear with a Torrington full compliment bearing. Chrome lifter blocks fitted with hydraulic lifters and steel pushrods. Stock cylinders with standard compression 8. 5:1 cast pistons fitted with Hastings rings. The heads are single plug S. T. D. Panheads fitted with all new components including rocker arm assemblies Panheads and D-rings. Also uses outer oil lines making this engine a 1965 type with the smooth chrome cam cover. The stock distributor was replaced with a full billet Mallory electronic ignition for fast starts and smooth running. The charging system is a complete Cycle Electrics generator with  regulator end cover.  The electrics are run by  Ballistic EVO2 high performance battery. Fuel is supplied through a Pingle pet cock to a S&S Super E carburetor fitted with a K&N air filter. The custom oil cooler and filter make it a breeze to change oil using a spin off filter!

This bike truly does run great with NO issues at all. All paper work is current and engine MSO is included.
