1961 Cushman Eagle with Harley-Davidson 1992 Sportster Engine 1200cc

     There has been an urban legend that Harley-Davidson and Cushman had collaborated to put H-D engines into Cushman scooters. Well. true or not. I have done it!

My wizard of a mechanic retrofitted an 1200 cc Evo Sportster engine into a Cushman Eagle. To accomplish this conversion. I upgraded the original frame and wheels. I also added disc brakes and 10" tires.  Here are some facts and specs on this motor scooter I named "HARDLEY".
