1967 Hodaka Ace 90 - under 1K miles, all original, rare vintage that runs!

BLAST FROM THE PAST!
Very original Hodaka ACE 90 with 955 miles... hadn't seen the light of day in over 30 years till a neighbor decided to move and cleared out his garage. I cleaned the carb, oured in some pre-mix and one kick; RING-DING-DING...she started right up.
Since this bike had obviously been used in a training capacity it has light scratches and scrapes here and there, ut nothing serious. Tank has no dents and is clean inside. Front brake lever perch was broken but I have one on order, t will be installed upon arrival. Front fender has a broken brace, ut the fender itself is in nice shape. Speedometer works, ut needle somehow broke off. So much for the bad, ere is the good....
I have rarely seen a 50 yr old bike that has the original key... this one has TWO original keys. Along with the owners' manual, he tool kit is still in it's little bin and has most of the original tools still present. The original mirror is there, n odd looking thing guaranteed to be made of pure unobtainium. The lights work, he horn works, he brakes work... you get the idea here, his bike is just a dusty version of it's '67 self. The original tires are still there, nd hold air. I have one tank badge, he other is now available again from Strictly Hodaka (OEM parts supplier)
I have driven the bike around the block and it shifts great. Clutch has a little bit of drag, hat may work out with use.
With a little TLC this bike can become a reliable pit bike or Cruise In attention grabber. She still has many fun miles left in her and just needs someone to continue the restoration I have started.

update 1. realized after looking at other Hodaka for sale that I have the bolt-on sprocket that turns this into a full fledged dirt bike. Components include extra sprocket, bolts/washers/nuts, nd extra chain link to extend chain for the larger sprocket. Bolt it on and pop wheelies to impress the girls!
