Restored Alsport Steen / Hodaka 100 Many New Parts.

I restored this 1970? Alsport Steen powered by a Hodaka 100cc engine to duplicate the one I had when I was a kid. My restoration was only for the purpose of having a garage queen and not a running bike, ust some eye candy from my past. I started with a running bike as my core. The bike looked rough but there were signs that this bike didn't appear to have been abused. I will list from my foggy memory of all the new parts that help put this bike together.1. New paint on the frame.2. NOS gas tank repainted to match the color of the one I had3. NOS fenders repainted due to shelf scratches4. NOS wheels some small imperfections due to shelf life and age.5.New shocks front and back.6. NOS ignition.7. NOS coil.8. NOS levers9. New cables.10. NOS air cleaner housing.11. NOS seat.12. New tires.13. New handle bars and grips.14. New chain.15. New piston with rebored cylinder16. New kill switch17. All new nuts and bolts18. Rebuilt carb.
This bike has not been started and is about 95% done. No gas has been put in the new gas tank. If the new owner wants to get this thing running besides looking at it, he following things need to be done. Fasten down the gas tank and seat. reset the timing on the points. Tighten down all bolts. Make adjustment on the front and rear breaks,. Connect kill switch. Possible carb adjustment. Re chrome the exhaust shields if you don't want to sand them periodically. Add oil. Anyway the bike is sold as is with no warranty. Buyer is responsible for all shipping arrangements and cost. I restored this about two years ago and it was becoming a dust collector so I figured somebody else might enjoy this bike.
