                              CAFE RACER 1971 CUSTOM BUILD               AS ONE OF BIKE READY FOR THOSE GREAT SUMMER RIDES                                  SELLING WITH NO RESERVE                                    Base on a 1971 Honda CD 175. nbsp;                         ONLY COVERED 15 MILES SINCE BUILDTaken over 16 month to build and over 60-70 man hours. Bike can to us as a real basket case. one runner(sized engine)Rust every where. ost of it was swept up!!!Been sitting in a barn with no roof since 1986!!The work began with stripping the bike right down to its bare bones. eaving just the frame/engine/front end/tank and wheels. he rest was just scrap!!!!Frame was chopped and welded. hot blasted and powder coated in gloss black. nbsp;Now the build could begin. lease see below a list of custom/1 off parts Rear seat unit. eather saddle. ear light. ear sets. espoke kick start. ront mudguard. ide panels(Tank). ront Lights. peedo. ce Bars. witch gear. hrome horn. tainless steel shotgun silencers. any other new parts where also added. ew cables though out. own pipes. ull re-wire. ngine re-built. any new parts on engine. aint design was based on a HORNET with large pin strips on tail. ank gloss black with side panels finished with a wing design. heels where shoot blasted and finished in mat black. ew metzler boots fitted front and rear. ront and rear hubs finished in high gloss yellow. he bike looks amazing and sounds just as good.
