There is no ignition keys with the bike so new lock is needed (not expensive). Mechanically the engine appears to be sound with good compression. and turns over smoothly. but I have not heard it running. The bike will be a great project. and should go quickly on the road. The papers to register the bike are included showing HMRC clearance. and V55 registration document. It will be eligible for an age related registration number.
