CRM250 MK2 1991

Due to a change in circumstances forces sale - I am reluctantly having to sell this 90% finished - off road CRM250 MK2 (1991) project.

The bike has been completely dismantled and reassembled. the frame has been powder coated. leaving the frame number visible. for the purpose of registering. It would not take much to put the bike back on the road if someone wanted to do so.  Various new parts have been added. but mostly the original parts were cleaned and spruced up or original used parts were purchased where required. By no means it's a bran new bike but it is very clean.

It kicks over with plenty of compression and starts. giving that distinctive CRM sound of power that they are renowned for. It does have a slight rattle from the balancing shaft. that is quiet common on these. so will have to be tackled at some stage in the future.

Basically for off road the bike requires a bit of dressing up with some decals and graphics to the new owners liking. and maybe a new seat cover. as the seat does have a small tear as shown in the pictures.

I am starting the bidding at ?500. 00 which I feel is a fare starting price for someone to complete this classic bike and register if they wish.

The bike will need to be collected 3days after auction end. cash on collection. a receipt will be provided. It is advertised elsewhere so may end the auction early.
