This bike was built in the past 4 months. It usually takes me around 2 months to build a bobber. his time it took me twice as long- because i moved to a new 3000 sq. ft shop and was busy with another bike.

I wanted the engine to match the frame-so everything was painted with professional paint in Black Pearl. The wheels were done in Hyper Silver. The tank was painted at an automotive shop and the CNC custom parts were made at Old school speed.
Custom 2 into 2 exhaust with a SS muffler on each side. New Michelin Commander tires. Many one of a kind parts were built specifically for this bike.
This is a show quality bike-5 of them were built in the past year and they are scattered all over USA and Canada. ven one in Europe. My shop specializes in Honda's only. Will start a build on a Moto Guzzi and a BMW later this year tho.

The bike will come with 30 days limited warranty that will be applied to the parts on this bike. Not a lot of builders or shops offer any kind of warranty at all.

I will post videos of the bike in a few days-here are a few of my previous bikes. This bike has a 2 into 2 exhaust system compared to the 2 into 1 in the video-and the sound is amazing.
This bike will fit anybody at any size from 100lbs to 240lbs without any changes to suspension. If you weigh more than 240lbs-contact me and i will install a new heavier spring.

Engine and Fuel components
Engine was opened and rebuilt using new front and rear cover gaskets. ew clutch-water pump-camshaft- CDI pulser gasketsNew clutch discs and springsA triple bypass was performed-new stator and new cam chainNew o-rings thru the cooling system. The radiator and thermostat was re-boiled and flushedNew NGK Iridium spark plugsEvery bolt was polished or replacedCarburetors were rebuilt and synched. New jets for the modified exhaust system and for air pods. However i do recommend a new set of Mikuni carbs-they are on my previous builds and have improved the bike dramatically-it will be an extra 550$-and i can install them prior to the bike being shipped. The frame was modified to fit the new CNC seat . The rear half of the frame was cut and drilled to accept the CNC seatNew CNC aluminum seat frame for the mono shock conversionThe swing arm has welded mounts for the mono shockA new rear fender was built into the swing arm- top half to protect the rider and the bottom half to protect the battery tray under the engine from water and debris. The front suspension was completely rebuilt. The forks were disassembled and new oil/dust seals were used. New 10w oil. The fuel tank was stripped and treated inside for rust with Northern Tank liner. It was professionally painted in Porche Mexico blue with hyper silver lines. 4 coats of clear coat was appliedRebuilt fuel cap and painted in Black Pearl to match the frameThe frame was blasted-primed and painted in Black Pearl with automotive professional paint. The frame holes were welded and sealed. Center side stand was removedBoth front and rear wheels were painted in Hyper Silver with Black Pearl lip. Some of the bikes i built the past year On Feb-01-15 at 17:02:54 PST. seller added the following information:All of my bikes are tested before they get transformed. Meaning that when the donor bike is purchased. it gets ridden for at least 50 miles. I make sure that the bike is ready for another 20 years of riding. This bike was tested thoroughly before and after it was built. Rest assured that you will get a 100% reliable bike-with new and upgraded charging system. which is one of their weak spots. The only thing i would strongly suggest is a set of Mikuni carbs-i have not installed a set just to keep the cost down for the buyer. But every cx500 that i sold was eventually fitted with custom Mikuni carbs. The Mikuni's will cost an extra 550$.
