Honda Ascot 500, Fix to ride or part out for another bike, Shaft driven

 Bike has not been turned over in approx.  6 yrs. Key was lost. ignition was changed to toggle switch. tank cap was drilled and opens with anything flat. Auto fan switch went out and was changed to toggle switch. Bike has a dent on gas tank. Area around petcock rusted through tank and started leaking. That's the reason originally parked. Forks need rebuilding. side panels need replaced. Bike has about 33k original miles. Exhaust is missing slip on. Being parked for 6 years I'm sure it'll need carbs and all cleaned. Not a mechanic so can't state all specifics as far as that goes.  Overall. the bike will need some TLC to bring it back around and be an everyday rider or can be used as an excellent parts bike for another already on the road.
