1983 HONDA VF750FD RED/WHITE SPARES REPAIRS RESTORATION PROJECT. RUNNING BIKE

I have for sale a genuine 1983 Honda VF750FD.  The bike is being sold as spares / repairs / restoration project although ive added some fresh fuel and connected a battery and the bike fired up and sounded great There are no rattles. bangs or smoke of any kind but the bike does seem to of developed a fuel leak. I suspect it to be a fuel pipe as the bikes been stood for some timeShe is a 32 year old bike who could do with some tender loving care. The brakes seem free and work  From what I can see the bike is complete minus the mirrorsThere is no battery on the bike and there isnt one included. But I can start the bike with a battery I have here but not for very long due to the fuel leak  The bike could really benefit from a new paint job all fairings are present though and non are damaged. The Forks are badly pitted & the seals are shot so will need to be replaced.  The bike does benefit from a twin pipe exhaust system. The collector box & downpipes look to be in great condition. The Nearside end can has rusted slightly on the end but easy repair if you know what your doing.  The keys are present & registration number but sadly I havent happen to come across the V5 for this bike so im selling it without a V5. This will need to be applied for by the new owner if im unable to find it. If I do manage to find it ill let the new owner fill it out. But a full receipt will be given to the new owner. The bike is also HPI clearThe electrics are untested as I was more bothered getting the engine to run rather than mess about with the indicators etc :-)Any questions please ask A van or trailer will be required to take the bike away Cash on collection only please within 7 days of sale ending
