I have tried of other ways of saving money but unfortunately I am having to sell the bike. I have owned the bike since 2000 and loved every minute I have owned it. I have only been out in the wet on it once but all the rest of the minimum miles have been in the dry. I have not done that many miles on it due to work and other commitments but loved every single mile. It has been well looked after from new and has had plenty of money spent on it by the previous owner and myself. The person who bought it from new used to go touring on it and then handed it to his wife who became the next owner. There are plenty of extras with the bike such as a couple of screens. a yellow cover for the light (for riding abroad). the original indicators. the original number plate. extra seat as the lady who used it was just about 5 foot tall. and a sports can. There is also a cover that I will let go with the bike. a paddock stand and an optimate battery charger. The alarm that is on it I have had disconnected as there were 3 locks on the bike and the garage is alarmed and bolted and so did not need it but left it on for insurance purposes. There is a small scratch to the lower right fairing which was on it when I bought it and was told that it happened when the owner was touring abroad and was parked in a bike park. The battery seems to be getting a little worn so I will replace this before the end of the auction. If I am being honest this is the only problem I have had with the bike due to it not being used that often. I have only had the Optimate on for a few months. The cover is a little dirty as I stored it in my neighbours garage when I moved and it got some oil on it. I am just trying to be honest. The bike is advertised elsewhere so I have the right to end the auction early. NO TIME WASTERS. If you come and view it and want to go for a test ride then you will have to leave a large cash amount with me in case you decide not to come back ( I am only putting this as this has happened to a friend of mine) and prove you have insurance.
