HONDA XR600 R 1996. lease find for sale my XR600. A very much sort after enduro. popular in America due to the great performance and reliability. 600cc aircooled engine comes with a couple of must have upgrades - Keihin FCR pumper flat slide carb to get rid of the throttle issues of the standard carb and improve performance. Also a full FMF Q exhaust system including a powerbomb header. cost ?350 new.  MOT 08/05/15 American import hence the Q plate. I was told that it was quicker/easier to put on a Q rather than the correct letter. V5 present and in my name. Overall condition is good for it's age with the usual scuffs and marks from green laning. The bike is great off road with more than enough power and feels light/agile. It is also comfortable on the road and has no issues sitting at 70mph. I have removed the graphics on the fuel tank as they were getting tatty but it could do with some new ones or the tank painting. Serviced a couple of weeks ago which included new rear pads. rear wheel bearings. air filter. clutch plates. oil filter. oil and spark plug. Kick start only but don't let this put you off. 2-3 kicks in the morning and the 1st kick for the rest of the day - very easy. Engine has no smoke or rattles and pulls like a train. Aftermarket speedo fitted and Renthal bars. The bike is ready to ride but could do with the tank tidying and also a new number plate as the laminate is starting to come off. Please don't expect a new bike as it isn't. This is a reluctant sale and only due to lack of time.
