Spain. Cost new is around two and half thousand euros including the extras fitted. delivery. PDI. etc. it is HONDA not a Xangsing. you can't buy better !                          -------------------------ONE OWNER (me !)  from new and registered to myself with all the papers in MY name (very important in Spain). first registered August 2013. service history. virtually mint condition. no bumps. scrapes. accidents. damage and never been dropped !The Honda Vision sets the standard in scooters and is powered by the ultra reliable 49cc 4 stroke engine which has roots as far back as the Honda Cub. and over 50 million of those were sold Worldwide. These scooters are capable of over 120 mpg ( 200 kms ) and will consistently achieve it. It rarely. if ever. drops below that figure and they are just about the most economic bike you can purchase. annual road tax is around 6 / 7 euros !They are one of the best built scooters available and have the 'Honda' badge which says it all.  Front disc brakes. 5 spoke alloys. 14" wheels. electric start. single cylinder 4 stroke so no oil to mix. full size seat for 2 x adults unlike 99% of all other scooters. average service cost of around 30 to 40 euros. in one of the best colours. step through moped with underseat storage that will accommodate a full face helmet or a load of shopping. The scooter was supplied / purchased new from 'Motos Moreno' in Rincon de la Victoria. Malaga and servicing has been carried out by them.  IMPORTANT. If you can ride pushbikes you can ride one of these. they really are that easy. No bike test or CBT required if you hold a normal full car licence. Just step on it. start the engine and twist and go. it is that simple. These can be ridden from age 15 in Spain with the correct parental consent and competency test with trafico. Likewise if you have no car licence you can apply for the seperate 50cc permit. They are superb forms of transport in the Spanish cities. villages and the open road. plus you can park them anywhere. Get where no other traffic can go. The Spanish weather does help a little as they can be used all year round  !The scooter is located at my home address which is some 20 minutes from Malaga centre . 35 minutes from Malaga International Airport. ( Malaga east). It can be viewed / collected from there. I am willing to collect any purchaser from Malaga centre. train station or the airport.  I will also  accommodate collection by courier. etc. I can also store until you can collect. I can assist with a courier collection if transport further afield is required.  Spanish couriers and sites such as 'loadup'. Seur. Chrono. tc.  have the facility to move the scooter across Spain and Europe. IMPORTANT. To be able to purchase a bike / moped/ car in Spain you are required to present certain documents to enable a transfer to take place. You will need a passport. NIE number and an Empadron which is less than 3 months old . OR. a rental agreement / escritura in certain circumstancesI WILL ARRANGE AND CARRY OUT THE TRANSFER on the purchasers behalf which will be carried out by a legal representative. a gestor or asesor.  It is a legal requirement in Spain for a transfer to take place.  Without the above documents you cannot buy the bike. I would estimate the transfer costs at around ?100 which are payable by the purchaser. it is a legal requisite in Spain and there is no way around it for a transfer to take place. I will also consider an 'offer' inclusive of the transfer fees if that makes life simpler. try an offer. at the worst I can only say 'no'. I will request a ?250 deposit on agreement of a sale or you may pay in full.  I will accept 'PayPal' for a deposit but the balance is to be paid via UK or Spanish bank transfer. or cash due to the PayPal charges. NB.  Please note that the bike will remain on sale. and not be considered as sold. until a deposit or full payment has been received. thanks. Payment in ?'s. or the equiv. euros using the daily XE rate are possible. Someone will buy themselves a cracking one owner bike which is a rarity in Spain and it will provide many years of service.  Bear in mind if you have a car licence you can ride it with no test or L plates. just insure it and ride it and it will save you a small fortune.  It has street credibility for the simple fact it is a 'Honda'. and anyone with any knowledge will inform you they make the best bikes in the World.
