Black CBR 600rr, excellent condition, never dropped, clean title

I have a black 2006 Honda CBR 600rr. in excellent condition. for sale with a clean title. This is a two owner bike. Both owners have garage kept and babied this bike. It has never seen a drop of rain or snow. Never been dropped or laid over. This bike has 14. 00 miles on it. Both tires are relatively new. with less than 400 miles on them. The bike is mostly stock. The only aftermarket parts include a fender eliminator kit. LED tail lights. and Yoshimura bar ends. The rest of the bike is bone stock. Both the previous owner and I have taken extremely good care of this bike. keeping it stored in a climate controlled garage. as well as regular detailing and maintenance.  I am asking $4500 for the bike. which is about $700 less than blue book value.
