Honda CT 70H Mini Trail CT70 AHRMA vintage MX

Up for bids is a classic and rare 1970 Honda mini Trail CT70h.   This bike has been a one owner Montana bike all of it's life. living on the West Shore of Flathead lake on a small ranch.   This Honda is very complete.  This CT 70 will be a great basis for a 100 point restoration. or you can simply enjoy it as it is.   What better way to get around the campground than on a classic Honda!  My reserve is very very low and this will be a bid to win auction in the old school eBay tradition.  Here are some of the key aspects of this mini bike:  It is not perfect but is a pretty legitimate example. There is a brace in between the bars.   The original owner told me he did this to keep them sturdy and where they should be.   This is not welded on but basically attached by four small bolts that can be taken out. The seat cover needs to be replaced if you want to make this bike look really sharp.  The rear fender has a crack. and several small dings (see pictures). Part of the triple clamp has broken off on the left side where it attaches to the handlebars. as you can see in the pictures. There is a small crack in the left side cover on the engine (please see pic). The chain guard and headlight has some paint discoloration. and there are other minor scratches. etc. I have made every effort to represent this awesome bike as accurately as possible in the pictures so please look at them closely. With all of that being said. this is a very solid bike and would make for a great and fairly painless restoration. Good points:  This bike the is the rare "h" model. and shifts through all of the gears nicely. As you can see in the video it fired right up on a brisk Montana day. and runs and rides great. This bike still has the original paint and all the original decals.   The engine starts and runs very well.   All of the chrome is very nice.   It is a tight mini trail that has not been abused.   The seat pan is in great shape as is the heat shield for the exhaust.   The skid pan and chain guard are intact and this bike still has the original headlight shell and ring.
