1980 Honda CR250 CR 250 Elsinore Vintage Motocross 1979 1978

80 CR250 Reconditioned for the beginning of the 2014 race season bike performed very well. I put the stock forks. rear wheel. pipe. foot pegs and different Progressive aftermarket rear shocks back on it to sell the bike. I am keeping my race parts for a later time. At the beginning of 2014 The following was replaced/ rebuilt. Frame powder coated. Engine has had a complete rebuild top & bottom chrome bore STD wisco piston. new seals gaskets crank bearings. rod etc. . front tire was new last year on polished DID rim. brakes were new front & rear.  VMX plastics. seat cover. fork boots. swing arm bearings. front wheel bearings. Gold moose chain & sprockets. chain slider.  all chain rollers. air filter. clutch & brake cables. clutch plates. grips. leavers. Just now replaced with no ride time Decal set. rear tire. handle bars. various bolt hardware & bar pad.   The frame is not cracked & nice underneath not cased (smashed flat) the engine cases are also nice no cracks/repairs or chain damage or broken fins. Silencer has been freshly repacked. It does have some scratches on the wear areas from riding it. The rear rim has a dent in it You will be hard pressed to find one in this condition for the price & if buy some chance you do most core bikes are 1000-1800 then you will need about 2-3k in parts & outside labor charges to make it what you want it to be (I know this because I have purchased 11 of this model in the last 5 years sold 6) Please be respectable any negative comments / emails will result in blocking you as a bidder/buyer  permentally!
