Honda Express NC50

I picked up this little moped about a year ago. intending to get it running again and possibly restore it. Due to other commitments I have done nothing with it apart from cleaning it up and buying a new set of points & ignition switch (not fitted) . so I have decided to pass it on to someone who will get her running again. The bike was taken off the road in 1997 (there is some old paperwork with it). It has had 2 previous owners before me. It has been in dry storage since. There is surface rust on the frame and wheels and some of the plastic is a bit faded. Nothing serious though. The tyres are old and would have to be replaced to be legal and safe. The engine turns over (but does not run) and the ratchet starting mechanism works. Front forks have limited movement but are not seized. Brakes are stiff to operate and would need work. The saddle is in good condition. I repeat that the bike is a non runner and is sold as seen - no guarantees! There is no reserve or buy it now so the best offer at the end of the auction gets the bike. As the price is not likely to be high I wish to be paid by cash on collection - NO PAYPAL.
