Honda CBR600FV 1997 R Reg Great condition!!!

So here's my Honda CBR600FV. before we start. please note that the silver end can shown in picture 4 has now been sold separately. it comes with the big black dustbin silencer you can see in picture 1. The CBR600FV has always been a firm favourite with those in the know. Its silky smooth power delivery (98 Bhp. nbsp;doncha know) whisks one to illegal speeds Quite Quickly Indeed (I would imagine. Never been above 70mph. m'lud. Ahem. )Its bodywork is slightly tarnished where the soft luggage from many an adventure has rubbed experience into the back end. no. wait. that sounds wrong. It has recently been treated to new Motad downpipes after I noticed a blowing sensation from below. wait. I have had it MOT'd back in November. since when I have done about 500 miles. Hardcore. Now listen. really. no more innuendo. please. In very basic terms. she (it. ffs. it. ) has been my bike for five years now. in that time. i have rebuilt her (it) from the ground up. taking her back to the frame and engine to clean. paint . tidy. replace bearings. etc and generally put right those small areas which commonly get neglected. I have ridden her (it) through all weathers. to many different environments. so she is starting to look a bit like she could do with another rub down. Mechanically. she's in fab condition. with ok tyres (I have a new set of Michelin PR3's ready to go on available by separate negotiation) and has a large history file to complement my servicing (I do my own. I don't trust motorcycle dealers) (and at least if I do my own I know exactly what has been done and what needs doing). cosmetically a bit tired. the plastics show their age. but she buffs up well. in the right light. she looks gorgeous. Mind you. she was built in 1997. Sporting a gear indicator. new stainless Motad downpipes. nbsp;data tag. and a lovely double bubble screen which keeps the worst of the wind blast off. there's not much to do but ride it. one or two things I would do but don't have the time; fit my new PR3's (i mentioned them before) and get a new spring for the centre stand. And clean it. Again. Still. really nice bike for a really small amount of money. Ah yes. I have one or two rules;I don't sell to overseas. I won't take personal cheques. I accept cash.
