These bikes are very popular club bikes due to their reliability . and are still a capable bike in the right hands. This bike has recently had a fortune spent on a full engine rebuild at Inch Perfect trials and we have a receipt for over ?700. Whilst in it also had the forks seals replaced and the rear suspension rebuilt . for which we have another receipt . Needless to say the motor on this bike is sweet as a nut. However the rear shock still feels soft to me and although it will be fine for practice or novice & beginner trials it will need a re-gas at some point and this is reflected in the price of the bike. Other than that its ready to go and rides as it should . ideal starter bike for someone and you simply cannot lose with a montesa at this money.
