Custom 2001 Honda CBR 600 FS

For sale is a custom painted CBR600 FS. Honda’s best version of the ever popular CBR600. more focused than the standard CBR600F and comfier than the later track weapon that is the CBR600RR.

The FS (sport) model comes with a slightly more tuned engine than the F with an extra 10 bhp. and extra clutch plate to handle the increased power. a two part seat and gold engine casings.

As standard the bike comes with the Honda HISS immobiliser. fuel injection and two keys.

Extra parts on the bike are the custom paint in the moto GP Fortuna colours with matching powder coated wheels. crash protectors. double bubble dark screen. LED indicators. short seat (original included) and a Scorpion stainless steel can which gives an awesome sound.

The bike was fitted with a M357TV2 Meta alarm system that recently failed and was linked out. a replacement unit can be purchased that will plug straight into the old connector -http://www. metasystem. org. uk/motorcycles_Thatcham_m357tv2. aspx

This is a 2001 model bike on a Y registration with only 10. 54 miles. the bike has been well cared for and has been garaged its whole life and only used on sunny days.

It did fall off its stand early in its life which damaged the left plastics (why it was given the amazing paint job) and engine casing (replaced with a genuine gold Honda replacement).

I would be happy to keep the bike although I know it wouldn’t get the use it deserves when the new Yamaha MT-07 arrives.
